7. Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
Statuses such as “Label Created” or “Shipment Information Received” do not indicate non-shipment.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
PureClo has no control over and cannot predict such charges.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
PureClo is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
10. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, you must contact us at contactpureclo@gmail.com.
We will initiate a carrier investigation.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either:

A replacement shipment, or

A refund
Resolution is subject to carrier verification.
Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute while an order remains within the stated delivery timeframe or under active investigation.
11. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Initiating a dispute while the order is within the normal delivery timeframe may delay resolution.
