Terms and Conditions – Pureclo
§ 1 Scope, Customers
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between the company Pureclo, located at 48 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LU, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and its customers in the version valid at the time of the contract.
Conflicting or deviating terms from the customer shall not become part of the contract unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Customers include both consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession.
We supply customers in the UK and internationally. Products are not intended for resale. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect resale activity.
§ 2 Offers and Contract Formation
All offers are non-binding. A contract is only formed when we accept your offer either by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
Order confirmation after checkout does not imply contract acceptance. If you place an order via our website and pay with PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, the contract becomes binding upon payment authorization.
§ 3 Payment Methods and Pricing
We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) but exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately before checkout.
§ 4 Shipping Costs and Import Duties
Shipping costs vary by country and are clearly displayed before order confirmation. Import duties may apply to non-UK/EU countries and are the customer’s responsibility.
§ 5 Payment Default
If a customer fails to pay after a reminder post-due date, interest may be charged at 5% above the base rate during the default period.
§ 6 Delivery and Partial Shipments
Goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer. If the carrier delivers to a designated safe place or neighbor, risk passes at the point of delivery.
We may ship items in separate parcels if reasonable, at no additional cost to the customer.
§ 7 Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
§ 8 Transfer of Risk
If the customer is a business, the risk transfers upon dispatch. If a consumer, risk transfers only upon delivery or upon default of acceptance.
§ 9 Retention of Title
All goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§ 10 Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days. Items must be returned within 14 days of notice of withdrawal. The customer bears return shipping costs.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from withdrawal.
§ 11 Warranty and Liability
We comply with statutory warranty rights and consumer protection laws.
§ 12 Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is only shared with third parties where necessary for order fulfillment. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
§ 13 Final Provisions
Contracts are governed by UK law, excluding the UN CISG. If the customer is a business, jurisdiction lies in London, United Kingdom.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Contracts may be concluded in English. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
